We came here, because it was cheap, and we didn't have a lot of cash. Food was amazingly tasty. Good and spicy! We had the sour pork with egg (over sticky rice), and the pho beef (spicy). The sour pork was a fermented meat, and I don't know what the family recipe was there, but I've never tasted anything so flavorful. I don't care about fancy seating or ambiance; this food was killer and worth every dollar!

This is one of my favorite places ever and I'm glad they're reopened! I first went here years ago after moving to LA. It's a small mom and pops restaurant, very no frills, but the home cooking is unbeatable. The auntie behind the kitchen will whip up a combination of Thai and viet dishes that are extremely tasty and unbelievably cheap. My favorite is the beef fried rice with ground beef, seasoned and made to perfection. I've had all the items on the menu and they're simply amazing. The feeling of getting a home cooked meal is hard to find when you're living far from home, so this place has always had a special feeling to me.

This place hits the mf SPOT. Went here after quite a few drinks across the street at the wine bar, and we were struck by a sudden craving for pho. The place is absolutely tiny, but at least you know that means you won't get ignored by the waitstaff. It's good and it is SO CHEAP. I got the small pho for $4, and even that felt like a substantial portion! It was yummy and like I said, it satisfied the craving. It's cash only, though, so be aware of that. We had to walk to the Wells Fargo ATM on the corner because I almost never carry cash. But worth the little roundabout for such good value. There is a parking lot, but it's very teensy.

This place was good. They serve you very quickly. The food is very inexpensive. We are talking about $4 pho (small). I got Pork Spring Rolls (split them with someone) comes in 2 and then I got a large pho all for around $10 bucks! It is CASH ONLY! Which they remind you before you order. The service was nice there were many people that came in and out while we were there. Main drawback was that the pho wasn't the best I've had. A bit on the saltier side. Tasty non the less. I guess you get what you pay for! worth the price that is was.
